Order Process

1. Once your order is confirmed, a minimum 50% deposit is required via online payment.

2. Production takes approximately 2 weeks.

3. The standard insert size is A4. Custom widths are available upon request, though additional charges may apply.

4. Restaurants must provide a high-resolution logo file for branding.

5. Once production is complete, we will send you a photo of the finished product for confirmation. The remaining balance is then paid online.

We offer up to 12 different views of the menu page. You can easily adjust the number of views from 2 to 12.

 

Once your menu cover has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status and estimated arrival time.

 

We also offer menu design and printing services. Customers who purchase menu covers are eligible for a discounted rate on menu design.
